Meet Pastor

Billy Pridgen, along with his wife Dawn, are the founders of With Out Walls Church (WOW Church). They have served together in ministry for nearly 3 decades.

In 1998, they began as children’s ministry volunteers and then stepped into the role of Children’s Pastors in 1999. In 2017, Pastors Billy and Dawn transitioned to Associate Pastors. In 2022, their Senior Pastor had a dream of planting a church in the neighboring town of Rich Square, NC. Pastor Billy took a hold of this dream and ran with it full force.


In August 2023, Pastors Billy and Dawn became the Senior Leaders of WOW Church, hosting meetings in the back of Claudine’s Restaurant in Rich Square, NC on Thursday nights. In January 2024, they expanded to meet on both Sundays and Thursdays nights, slowly building from the back of the restaurant to a local home and then to the church’s current location in an old armory building.

Pastors Billy and Dawn minister on a regular basis to both the local and global church! They have a passion for reaching the lost, broken, and hurting and showing them the love of Jesus.
